Prices

At TwinWorld, all prices are in Euro and including VAT and taxes. Prices may vary from day-to-day, and we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent.  We reserve the right to cancle orders due to price errors or typing mistakes, and out-of-stock/discontinued items.

Payment 

At TwinWorld we accept payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard & PayPal. Payment will be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in EUR, Euro, and include VAT.

Delivery 

We aim to ship orders within 2-4 working days. We ship to Denmark and EU but not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Shipping costs start from 5 EUR, and Your items will be shipped with Post Nord and Postal service in EU (With Track and Trace). Your clothes will be delivered within 2-3 business days after shipping. 

Complaints

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the European laws. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or production. Depending on the specific situation, you can have the item exchanged, receive a refund, or a discount on the price of next purchase. The warranty does not cover errors or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. We will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

If a refund is agreed, we will transfer the money back to the same payment-method as the purchase was done from.

Right of Withdrawal 

If you regret your purchase, We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for items purchased in our web shop, calculated from the day You received the shipment.

You can return it to us, using the formular on the FAQ page. The cost of the retunr will be deducted from the refund-amount

Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and the shipment must be returned no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal. The notification must be sent via email to info@twinworld.store. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form found in the FAQ page

You cannot exercise your right to withdrawal by simply refusing to accept the item without also providing clear notice of this.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal: The following types of items are not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Items that have been used, or have signs of such
  • Items that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have received a clear personal touch.

Return

You must return your order without delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. As mentioned earlier, you must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the Item you Return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw your purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount, depending on the item's commercial value at the time of receipt of the return. To receive a full refund, you must therefore try the item without actually using it. Be mindful of cosmetics and strong perfumes, as these might cause the clothes to be undeemed to pass on to another customer, and the refund will be cancelled 

Reimbursement

If you are eligible to a refund, Repayment will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it beforehand.

Cost of returning the item to us will be deduced from the refund totals, if you have chosen to use our return-shipping company. If you choose another mean of return, the cost will not be covered by TwinWorld.

Privacy Policy

In order for you to become a customer, we need the following information about you:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Information about what you have purchased

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you and handling inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing is done in accordance with the international rules of privacy.
